About Dr McQuillan
Dr Shilpa McQuillan is an Accredited Menopause Specialist, Community Gynaecologist, and the founder and clinical lead of Berkshire Menopause Clinic (a specialist women’s health and menopause clinic). Prior to this, she practiced as a hospital Gynaecologist. She has been awarded the highest certifications recognised by the British Menopause Society (BMS), Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (RCOG), and Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health (FSRH).
These qualifications and over 14 years of experience put Dr McQuillan in a unique and privileged position to deliver an all-rounded approach to women’s healthcare, and the ability to manage complex women’s health and menopause conditions.

She herself lives locally and feels a great sense of pride providing a much-needed service in her own community. She is caring, personable, and passionate about providing the best service to all her patients.

As a well-respected women’s health expert in the area, she is actively involved in education and hopes to motivate others so that all women get the CORRECT and best advice for their health needs.
She is the women’s health columnist for the Henley Standard newspaper and provides regular editorials for the Round & About Magazine Publications.
She provides regular teaching at local schools, workplace events, and ‘Menopause Cafe’ forums.
